Bounceland in Kevin & Christine's Backyard

It has been quite a while since our last post. All I can say is I've been busy (or some may call it laziness). I'll try to periodically upload some picture of the little monster.
These are some of the pictures from the last visit in Corpus Christi. Kevin and Christine had set up the bouncer for Emma to play in.

She was enjoying herself.

And throwing the ball down the slide.

Of course, bouncing too.

Not sure how she learned to get down the slide this way.

"Hi, mommy!"

We all thought that she'd slide down but...

She decided to jump instead.

She was definitely torturing Christine!

SEATAC Airport Playground

We arrived earlier at the airport so we decided to kill some times at the playground.

Emma was flying us to Corpus Christi, TX.

She wanted to jump off of this slide platform but I 'persuaded' her not to.

Flower Dress

Who's that hiding?

I got the dress at Target on sale. Perfect for Hawaii but too cold to wear in Bremerton so she wore the blouse Soy Yee gave her and a pair of leggings underneath.

"Mommy!"

She would scream "hurry up" whenever she thought we were moving too slow.
Right after she got up from her nap.

She had heard this song so many times that she could sing along now.

Emma's Mega Bloks Hand

She would come by so I could give her a high-5.

"Five!"

Watching "Mimouse" (Mickey Mouse) on Sprint TV.

With mommy.

"What? Me?"

"Can't be me..."
She even danced to commercials!

Emma's Photo Show Part 2

Emma had been using my camera more than I had lately. She shot these pictures of her buddies in the tent.

A closer look.

The throw pillows.

The view from inside.

Pooh Pooh was napping...

Hurricane Emma

My mom and I found this God of Longevity (壽星公) mold in a Vietnamese supermarket in Seattle's International District a while back but never used it. So when I made this red bean coconut pudding (椰汁紅豆糕) I decided I'd tried the mold. Not all the details came out but it was still yummy!

The wild girl with her wild hair.

I had never seen the aftermath of a hurricane in person but this must be pretty close!

My little hurricane!

Admiring her own ability to make a mess.

"Not just by the balcony door..."

"My destruction is widespread...wa ha ha ha..."

Silly Emma

She put her little puppy down for a nap.
Playing by the bookshelves.

Working on her Angelina Jolie's lips.

Look at those sausage lips!

I think I like this better...

Cat Mask

Emma received a paper kitty cat mask from Build-A-Bear as a treat so we used it today.
1. Can you tell who this is?

2. How about this?

3. And this?

4. What about this mama cat?
