haha.. it is a FANCY radio frequency chip.. it is attached to Emma's umbilical cord clip, and it will be detected if Emma leaves the area. when this alarm goes off, the hospital will send out a PINK ALERT (i think that's what they called it, but i'm not sure) -- AND THEY WILL SHUT DOWN THE WHOLE NAVY BASE UNTIL EMMA IS FOUND!!
how cool is that?
