This is how Emma shifts clockwise 90° from the position we put her into bed at night.
Ever since we've been back from Japan, her sleep schedule has been really thrown off. Because of this, she's become very needy at nighttime and cries until she's fed and held. Usually, Jess gives in and brings Emma to bed with her in the middle of the night.
But because it's been so long since we've been back, we needed to re-adjust Emma's sleep. So these past few nights have been tough for her because we've been re-training her to go to sleep by herself from 10PM through morning. The first few nights we did this, she's been crying nonstop for at least an hour. But now, after a couple nights, she sometimes cries only on and off for the first hour, and then she sleeps until 8-9AM in the morning.
in the morning, she sure is hungry...
