1st Time @ Daycare

This was Emma's 1st time being taken cared of by someone outside of the family. She was in her PJs since it was close to her nap time.

The other kid, Sean, and his little brother were already at the hourly daycare. Emma started "chatting" with him and checking out the scene outside.

She started playing with all the toys in the center but we also brought her little purple hippo for nap time. This daycare is operated by the Navy and it only charges $3 per hour but there is a limit of 4 hours per day. Still a good deal, no?

They were still hovering by the front door as we were about to leave. We were afraid she would cry but her caretaker said she didn't even shed a tear until she was placed in the playpen for her nap.

She was happy to see us though after 3 hours.
