A Day Hike in Hurricane Ridge, Olympic National Park

Trying on our new baby-carrier/backpack.

Emma didn't like it at first...

But she got used to it and sat quietly enjoying the view.

She even managed to fall asleep in the carrier.

We switched halfway so I could take a breather...she wasn't as light as we had first thought...

Christine got a raw deal since the rest of the way was a steeper uphill climb.

There were snow on certain part of the hill. Christine got a hold of some at the end of our trail.
